We were delighted to welcome our valued Nepal client Mr. Kishan and his wife to conduct an in-depth on-site inspection of our textile machinery and terminal customer production sites recently. This face-to-face visit aims to help the client truly understand the real operating performance, stability and durability of our machines in actual factory production environments, laying a solid foundation for future long-term cooperation.
To present the most authentic equipment usage status, we first took Mr. Kishan and his wife to one of our cooperative local factories. This customer purchased 6 sets of our textile machines in 2024. After more than one year of continuous production operation, all equipment runs stably without frequent failures. The production efficiency, finished product quality and daily output fully meet the factory’s production standards. The overall operation condition of the equipment is excellent, with low failure rate and easy daily maintenance, which initially won the client’s recognition.
During the communication, Mr. Kishan mentioned that he hoped to inspect our long-term used equipment to verify the durability and long-term service performance of our machines, as equipment stability for long-term production is the core concern of overseas textile investors.
To fully meet the client’s inspection needs, we immediately arranged a visit to another mature cooperative factory nearby. This factory has been equipped with our stenter setting machines purchased in 2018. After more than 8 years of long-term high-intensity industrial operation, the equipment still maintains stable working performance. The core components operate normally, the production precision is consistent, and it can still support high-efficiency and high-quality textile production, fully demonstrating the superior durability and reliable quality of our machinery.
After on-site observation and careful inspection, Mr. Kishan highly praised our equipment performance. He expressed that the actual operating condition of the 8-year-old machine far exceeded his expectations. He took a large number of photos and operation videos of the equipment’s overall structure, operating details and production effect, intending to record the real equipment status for internal team evaluation and project reference after returning to Nepal.
In addition to on-site inspection, Mr. Kishan also had in-depth professional technical exchanges with our senior engineers. He put forward targeted questions and technical requirements combined with the local textile market demand and factory production standards in Nepal. Our engineers gave detailed and professional answers one by one, covering equipment parameter adjustment, production adaptation, daily maintenance skills, after-sales technical support and other key content.
The client was extremely satisfied with our equipment quality, professional technical strength and thoughtful reception service. Before leaving, Mr. Kishan clearly stated that he would sort out the cooperation plan and officially launch formal procurement negotiation with us soon after returning to Nepal.
