START WITH YOUR FABRIC

Built for varied
digital-printing jobs.

Designed around varied digital-printing work, with particular attention to stretch fabrics and dark prints on white grounds.

01 / REACTIVE PRINTING

Reactive dye fixation

480 m/h

At 80 m fabric loading and a 10-minute steaming time. Process temperature: 101–105°C.

02 / ACID PRINTING

Acid dye fixation

160 m/h

At 80 m fabric loading and a 30-minute steaming time. Process temperature: 101–105°C.

03 / FABRIC HANDLING

Woven & knitted fabrics

30–500 g/m²

Low-tension transport for a range of fabric weights, including stretch and delicate fabrics.

Output depends on fabric, chamber loading and the fixation recipe. Specifications and utility requirements are subject to the selected configuration.

FABRIC HANDLING & PROCESS CONTROL

Protect the print.
Control the process.

Low-tension transport, steam circulation and responsive humidification work together to support colour development while limiting fabric rubbing and edge curl.

01 / FABRIC TRANSPORT

Low-tension fabric transport

A laser distance sensor helps regulate fabric tension between the feed and loop-forming rollers. Continuous hanging-rod movement helps limit rubbing, bar marks and edge curl, particularly on stretch knitted fabrics.

  • The transport path avoids contact with the printed face during steaming.
  • 750 mm fabric movement on each hanging rod, with 188 mm hanging-rod spacing.
  • Silicone grip surfaces support steady, continuous loop formation.
  • Natural gravity or steam-assisted looping, selected to suit the fabric.

02 / STEAM & HUMIDIFICATION

Controlled steam and moisture

Four independently controlled humidifier assemblies respond to changes in chamber temperature. Siphon atomisation introduces moisture into the circulating steam without a high-pressure water pump.

  • Two humidifier assemblies on each side of the chamber.
  • Double-wall circulation and splash-protection partitions help keep water droplets away from the fabric.
  • An external saturated-steam generator uses six steam–water mixers.
  • Auxiliary steam heating supports an approximately 40-minute warm-up from cold.

BUILT AROUND DAILY OPERATION

Process settings
at your fingertips.

Digital process information, flexible fabric delivery and accessible components help operators manage everyday production.

01 / OPERATION

See the process in real time.

View production speed and output, manage chamber and roof temperature, and use one-touch run/stop controls from the operator interface.

02 / FABRIC DELIVERY

Choose the fabric exit.

Front delivery suits less tension-sensitive fabrics. Rear delivery supports fabrics with more demanding tension requirements. Driven rollers assist low-tension transport and flatter lay-down.

03 / MAINTENANCE

Access for routine maintenance.

Side access doors, automatic chain lubrication and accessible humidifier nozzles support routine servicing. Integrated pipework and control wiring simplify installation planning.

QUICK ANSWERS

Before you choose.

A few practical points for your production line.

01Which fabrics and inks can it process?

Designed for reactive and acid printing on woven and knitted fabrics. Share your fabric and ink system to confirm suitability.

02What output can I expect?

At 80 m loading: 480 m/h with a 10-minute dwell, or 160 m/h with a 30-minute dwell. Actual output depends on the recipe and production conditions.

03Does every fabric need steam-assisted looping?

No. Gravity looping and steam-assisted looping are both available. The choice depends on fabric weight, stretch and loop stability.

04What do you need to prepare a quotation?
