START WITH YOUR FABRIC
Designed around varied digital-printing work, with particular attention to stretch fabrics and dark prints on white grounds.
At 80 m fabric loading and a 10-minute steaming time. Process temperature: 101–105°C.
At 80 m fabric loading and a 30-minute steaming time. Process temperature: 101–105°C.
Low-tension transport for a range of fabric weights, including stretch and delicate fabrics.
Output depends on fabric, chamber loading and the fixation recipe. Specifications and utility requirements are subject to the selected configuration.
FABRIC HANDLING & PROCESS CONTROL
Low-tension transport, steam circulation and responsive humidification work together to support colour development while limiting fabric rubbing and edge curl.
01 / FABRIC TRANSPORT
A laser distance sensor helps regulate fabric tension between the feed and loop-forming rollers. Continuous hanging-rod movement helps limit rubbing, bar marks and edge curl, particularly on stretch knitted fabrics.
02 / STEAM & HUMIDIFICATION
Four independently controlled humidifier assemblies respond to changes in chamber temperature. Siphon atomisation introduces moisture into the circulating steam without a high-pressure water pump.

BUILT AROUND DAILY OPERATION
Digital process information, flexible fabric delivery and accessible components help operators manage everyday production.
View production speed and output, manage chamber and roof temperature, and use one-touch run/stop controls from the operator interface.
Front delivery suits less tension-sensitive fabrics. Rear delivery supports fabrics with more demanding tension requirements. Driven rollers assist low-tension transport and flatter lay-down.
Side access doors, automatic chain lubrication and accessible humidifier nozzles support routine servicing. Integrated pipework and control wiring simplify installation planning.
