The drying process can be incorporated after fabric dehydration. The relaxation dryer is designed for knitted and woven fabrics. Both open-width and tubular fabrics are processed via three-layer mesh belts with heating cylinders. During the drying process, each layer can operate at a different speed, allowing the fabric to remain in a loose state without any tension. This enables the fabric to dry thoroughly, remove excess moisture, and achieve its natural moisture content. According to different fabric widths and production requirements, we can provide corresponding machine models with different numbers of chambers as follows: HP-2000mm/2400mm/2800mm/3200mm/3600mm, with 2 to 10 chambers.
