Brazil customer purchases Happy brand Stenter Machine

China stenter machine factory

A customer from Brazil, engaged in the textile printing and dyeing industry, needed a high-efficiency stenter machine for finishing polyester and cotton blended fabrics. They aimed to solve the problems of uneven fabric width and poor dimensional stability in their production process. After learning about our Happy brand's advantages in energy conservation and precise shaping, they decided to cooperate with us. We initially recommended our standard model, but the customer required customization based on their production scale and fabric characteristics.

Customer required:

  • Nominal width: 2800mm
  • Nominal speed: 15-80m/min
  • Max drying room temperature: 220℃
  • Cloth holding method: Clip
  • Voltage and Frequency: 380V/3 PH/60 HZ
  • Application: Finishing of polyester-cotton blended fabrics (for garment production)
  • Project Location: Brazil

Before we loaded the goods, we sent the photos and videos of the customized Happy brand stenter machine in operation to the customer, demonstrating the stable operation status and precise shaping effect, to ensure the quality meets their production requirements. Global texitle machinery

Delivery:

The customer has their own agent in Brazil, and we provided CIF terms to Santos Port. After shipping, we emailed them all the customs clearance documents in a timely manner: Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL), and Bill of Lading (BL) draft. Textile Stener

After-sale service:

The customer wanted the control system password of the Happy brand stenter machine to adjust the process parameters according to different fabric types. Our engineer explained that the machine had been fully debugged according to their initial fabric parameters before shipment. To avoid affecting the shaping quality, we provided professional parameter adjustment guidance and suggested that they contact our technical team first when changing parameters.

The customer reported that they hoped to improve the production efficiency during the trial operation. Our engineer suggested optimizing the preheating process and adjusting the superfeed rate based on the fabric gram weight, which could effectively increase the production speed without reducing the finishing quality.

The customer valued technical exchanges very much. During the cooperation process, they shared their on-site production experience, and we also popularized the daily maintenance knowledge of the Happy brand stenter machine (such as regular lubrication of key components and cleaning of the drying room) to them, achieving mutual learning and win-win results.
